Russell L. Goings, Managing Director
Russell has worked with a wide variety of borrowers / issuers. In California, he has served as senior manager on bond financings for over a dozen cities, counties, and public organizations.
In addition to his various underwriting engagements Mr. Goings has served as municipal financial advisor to a host of governmental entities in California such as MFA to the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland, and the Port of San Diego.
In addition to his public finance work in the State of California Mr. Goings has completed senior manager and co–senior managed underwriting engagements for the District of Columbia, and entities in Atlanta and Ohio.
Mr. Goings attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas as well as the New York Institute of Finance. He holds multiple securities industry licenses and registrations including Series 7, Series 24, Series 52, Series 53 and Series 63 registrations and is the former Chairman of the Public Finance Subcommittee for Re-Build LA.
